Benefits of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids
Of all the fats we consume, two fatty acids are essential i.e. Linoleic acid (an omega – 6 fatty acids) and alpha-linoleic (an omega – 3 fatty acids). Omega-6 is found in all vegetable oils and most grains and beans and Omega -3 is found in walnuts and salmon, tuna and other fatty fish. Out health will start deterioration if we do not receive both of these fatty acids on a regular basis.
